After partnering with a top producing Houston real estate team for the first part of her career, MJ learned invaluable lessons and strategies on how to sell real estate right. "I usually tell new clients that they're not going to like me at times because even if they've fallen in love with 'the one',  it might not have good resale value. I want to educate our clients on what features bring down the likelihood of selling quickly in a pinch... like backing commercial property for example. Most people are lost in the moment of buying and can forget that they have to sell that home one day. I want them to know all of their potential future obstacles upfront, so they can position themselves best against any market."

MJ has gained extensive knowledge in real estate contracts and has been professionally trained in real estate negotiations. Most all clients leave the negotiation feeling like they made a win-win deal. She has also gotten to know the Greater Houston Area well, experiencing & living in multiple zip codes. From Galveston, all the way to Magnolia and in between. MJ knows these markets well & is excited to talk about new opportunities & growth in each neighborhood.
